Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services or participating in our rural development programs.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Sanjeevini Educational and Economic Development Society (SEEDS), a registered society under the Society Registration Act 2001 (Registration No. 200/2020).

By accessing our website, participating in our programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

About SEEDS

SEEDS is a non-profit society dedicated to rural development through education, skill development, and sustainable learning initiatives. We operate under the following framework:

  • Registration: Society Registration Act 2001 (Regd. No. 200/2020)
  • NSDC Partnership: Certified training partner with National Skill Development Corporation
  • Government Recognition: Approved by Ministry of Rural Development
  • Service Area: Rural communities across India, primarily Andhra Pradesh
  • Mission: Transforming rural India through education and skill development

Program Participation Terms

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent)
  • Provide valid government identification (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
  • Meet specific program eligibility criteria (rural background, income limits, etc.)
  • Complete application process and documentation
  • Attend mandatory orientation sessions

Participant Responsibilities

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions (minimum 80% attendance required)
  • Complete assignments and assessments on time
  • Maintain respectful behavior towards trainers and fellow participants
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Provide accurate information and documentation
  • Participate in program evaluation and feedback sessions

  • Free skill development training (government-sponsored programs)
  • NSDC-certified course completion certificates

  • Access to microfinance and loan facilitation

Financial Terms

Program Fees

  • Government Programs: Free of cost (funded by NSDC, MORD, etc.)
  • Self-Sponsored Programs: Fees as per program brochure
  • Registration Fee: Non-refundable administrative charges may apply
  • Material Costs: Books, tools, and equipment as specified

Payment Terms

  • Fees must be paid before program commencement
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque
  • Installment options available for eligible participants
  • Late payment may result in program suspension

Refund Policy

  • Full refund if program is cancelled by SEEDS
  • 50% refund if withdrawal within 7 days of program start
  • No refund after 7 days of program commencement
  • Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis
  • Refund processing time: 15-30 business days

Intellectual Property & Content

SEEDS Content

  • Training materials, curricula, and resources are proprietary to SEEDS
  • Participants may use materials for personal learning only
  • Commercial use or redistribution requires written permission
  • SEEDS logo and branding are protected trademarks

Participant Content

  • Participants retain rights to their original work and projects
  • SEEDS may use participant success stories for promotional purposes
  • Photos and videos taken during programs may be used by SEEDS
  • Participants can opt-out of promotional material usage

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false or misleading information during enrollment
  • Disrupting training sessions or creating hostile environment
  • Unauthorized recording or photography during sessions
  • Sharing login credentials or program materials with non-participants
  • Using SEEDS name or logo without permission
  • Engaging in discriminatory or harassment behavior
  • Violating safety protocols or guidelines
  • Commercial solicitation to other participants

Violation of these terms may result in immediate program termination without refund and potential legal action.

Liability & Disclaimers

Program Outcomes

  • SEEDS provides training and placement assistance but cannot guarantee employment
  • Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors
  • Salary expectations and job placements are indicative, not guaranteed
  • Participants are responsible for their own career decisions

Limitation of Liability

  • SEEDS liability is limited to the program fees paid by participants
  • Not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Participants assume responsibility for their personal belongings
  • Insurance coverage as per society policy and government regulations

Force Majeure

SEEDS is not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be made when possible.

Termination

By SEEDS

We may terminate your participation for:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Consistent poor attendance (below 80%)
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
  • Providing false information or documentation
  • Non-payment of fees (for paid programs)

By Participant

You may withdraw from programs by:

  • Providing written notice to program coordinator
  • Completing exit formalities and returning materials
  • Settling any outstanding dues or obligations

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Andhra Pradesh. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Internal Resolution: Direct discussion with program coordinators
  2. Mediation: Through neutral third-party mediators
  3. Arbitration: As per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015
  4. Legal Proceedings: Courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction

We encourage resolving disputes amicably through dialogue and mutual understanding, keeping in mind our shared commitment to rural development.
